Not everyone has to deal with Hurricane Katrina, but we all have the threat of damage to our families and homes each and every day. Little things like fires, slips and falls, carbon monoxide. We must teach fire safety for kids and adults like. We must make all members of our homes aware of the latest home safety tips. It may not be a plan that is ever put to action. Ideally, anyway. But if it's one pool safety product or fire extinguisher or smoke detector that saves one life down the road, it will be worth it. With fire safety, there are no enemies, no organizations to blame. You have to take the responsibility to keep your family safe.
