In this, our most recent edition our main topic has been Fire safety week , or Fire Prevention Week. Since 1922 Fire Prevention Week has been celebrated during the week of October 9th, when communities all across the United Sates organize special fire safety week events that help to educate the public. These events cover all topics from BBQ safety to many of the fire safety products that are available today.

The theme of this year's Fire Prevention Week is candle safety. Many of the demonstrations and talks will concentrate on the special ways that fire in the home should be dealt with. THere has been a steady increase in this country in the number of fires each year that are caused by candles in the home.

In our pages you will also find an updated list of many kitchen safety tips that you can implement to make your home a Home Safety Zone.
