Many of us do not pay attention to some of the hazards in and around the home and being reminded of what to look for is one of the best forms of prevention.

Because the weather this time of the year is pleasant in most of the country many fire safety week events take place outdoors, making it a great way to spend a weekend day out with the whole family.
